`Heads of the family have to supervise the behavior and conduct of all members of the household; they have also to equip their sons and daughters with the processes by which they can have mental peace and equanimity under all conditions. When there is understanding and harmony in the family, peace will spread to the community, and from there to the nation and the world. Unity confers joy and peace` – Sathya Sai Baba.
